|
Wet cutting hole saws in application to very hard
materials require positive location when starting to cut, to
avoid surface slip-bounce-judder, which will prevent the
initial starting ring from forming. The simplest & most
effective method is to mount your hole saw in a pillar
drill, with your work piece fixed to the table. This is of
course not always possible or practical, and there are 3
methods to achieve this starting requirement on site.
